Japan Post has announced a temporary suspension of the acceptance of international mail to about 70 countries due to COVID-19 outbreak.

We will ship by DHL to these countries every business day, Monday through Friday.
Usually it takes 2-4 business days for delivery to the US and 2-10 days to other countries.
