    Can I request an exchange or refund?

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no return or no exchange will be accepted unless you have a Return Authorization.

    We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing. Providing the item is unworn and still in its original condition and packaging with tags attached.

    Who pays return charges?

    Unless we have made a mistake, all charges related to returns and exchanges are to be paid by the customer. This includes any taxes or duties levied by your country.

    What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?

    We carefully check all items before shipping. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please email info@hapyjagabee.jp immediately so we can promptly address the issue.

    Any issues must be reported within 5 days of receiving your purchase.

    Product exchange requests are subject to availability, and we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

    Please return your package within 5 days after approval by us. 
    If you don't inform us the tracking number within 5 days after approval by us, your return will not be accepted.
